Minimum: $50 Minimum Order - Unless you are a registered Drop-Ship Customer.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money Orders, and Checks. All Checks are held for 10 Business Days before Shipping.
Prices: Prices shown are wholesale.
Shipping: All orders are immediately processed and usually shipped the next business day; however, all orders are to be shipped from this location within 5 business days.
International Shipping: We ship almost anywhere outside the US. Dropship Orders are $17.10 (Registered) or $6.50 (First Class) and Wholesale Orders are $24.50. All wholesale orders are shipped first class and registered. At this time we DO NOT ship to Spain, Nigeria, Malaysia, Africa, or Venezuela. LOST PACKAGES: We cannot guarantee delivery of international orders. If for some reason your international order does not reach its destination within 35 business days, we will file a lost package claim through the USPS; however, it can take up to 3 months for the investigation to be complete. We will also send you a confirmation receipt from the post office proving that your order was indeed shipped. Re-shipment of international lost packages is at the buyers or drop shippers own risk.

· Express Mail - U.S. Only (1-2 Days - Guaranteed) $26.00
· Back orders: No Back Orders. You will be refunded for any items that may be out of stock; however, we can contact you when the item is available.

Insurance (Dropship Orders) We do not offer shipping insurance; however, we guarantee that your item will arrive safely. If for some reason the order is damaged, we will gladly replace it. Damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 14 business days. If an order is lost (United States Packages Only), we will gladly replace it - confirmation that the order was never received will be confirmed only after 30 business days.

Return Policy: We will replace the product(s) or issue refunds (shipping amount may not be included) if the product is delivered to you under one of these conditions:

Wrong product - If you get the wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately. Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded.

Defective Item - If you received a defective product, please notify us immediately. Upon return, we'll ship out the replacement right away if defective item is confirmed.

Dropshipped Returns - We can not accept returns from your customer. Please remember, your customer does not have the information needed to receive a refund. You placed the order and only you know the order number and exactly what was to be shipped. Please have your customer return the item to you. At this time you can inspect it. If the item was indeed shipped wrong or defected, you can return it to us for refund or exchange. When returning an item, please include your Name, Order Number, and Item Number.
Privacy Policy: The Silverbox respects the importance of our customers' privacy. The information collected from our customers is used solely to process your requests. We will not sell, rent or disclose any customer information to anyone. All personal information collected during the checkout process is secure and confidential.
